Job Description


  • Coordinate service provider management tasks within TSI
  • Identify, communicate and support in the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements related to outsourcing management
  • Carry out regular and ad hoc risk analyses of individual outsourcing activities – Systematic identification, review, measurement and assessment of risks as well as plausibility checks of risk analyses of the specialist departments
  • Regular implementation of control activities, e.g. supplier audits, to ensure compliance with standards and processes at service providers
  • Regular reporting regarding the outsourcing portfolio – Analysis and implementation of regulatory requirements as well as preparation of data and analyses within the reporting system
  • Further development in accordance with regulatory requirements, maintenance and quality assurance of the outsourcing register – IT tool based
  • Support in the preparation and negotiation of contracts with service providers
  • Training and consulting of management and departments regarding outsourcing management requirements
  • Support of external audits, e.g. BaFin audits with reference to outsourcing management
  • Help to shape a holistic and future-oriented outsourcing management in TSI
  • Further development of processes for managing service providers, taking into the account regulatory requirements
  • Transfer of legal regulations into manuals, processes and work guidelines and continuous maintenance of these documents
  • Further development of instruments for outsourcing management such as risk analysis, checklists and supplier audits
  • Ensure regular reporting on outsourcing and external procurement from service providers



  • Have Master degree
  • Have experience in Process- Organisation- and Quality Management – 5 years
  • Have experience in Finance or Business informatics or comparable 3 years
  • Have experience in IT Auditing
  • Have ITIL foundation certification;
  • Have ISO 9001 ( advantage)
  • Have ISAE 3402 (advantage)
  • Have experience in MS Office / Excel, Power Point, Outlook – Advanced
  • Have PC skills / HW, SW/ – Advanced
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Have analytical thinking
  • Have presentation skills
  • Have organizational skills
  • Are stress resistant person
  • Have experience in Project Management
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Speak German B2 (must)
  • Speak English – B2
  • Have experience of IT operations across at least 1 area (e.g. application operation, system operation, infrastructure, network, storage, desktop)
  • Are able to work as an individual also as a part of the team
  • Have experience in management of international projects, previous experience in intercultural environment
  • Are able to multi-task, set priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Have total independent approach in solving different tasks
  • Have enjoyment in the further development of a new topic with special regulatory requirements
  • Have willingness to deal with the requirements and standards for regulated customers from the financial sector on an ongoing basis
