Job Description

Purpose 

• Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities (3rd level environment) needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI’s
• Plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure to support organization’s business processes
• Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.

Key accountabilities 

The administrator is responsible for the operation of systems or networks.

• Participation in the planning, design and implementation of commissioning and operation for complex systems
• Processing / execution of complex orders
• Participation in the creation of decision templates and concepts
• Install and maintain tools
• Design and implementation of supporting tools
• Participation in the development and planning of service concepts
• Coordination of order processing
• Participation in ensuring the agreed service level
• Creation of documentation

Qualifications

Education

• information technologies – Secondary education

Experience

• 5 years

Certification 

• At least one advanced certificate for relevant platform.

Skills

• Completed vocational training with adequate professional experience
• At least three years of professional experience, including at least one year in IT administration
• Very good knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, WLAN
• Very good knowledge of CISCO system landscape (CCNP), Extreme and DELL
• Very good knowledge of security appliances, Palo Alto, Checkpoint or similar
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL-based operation of large customer networks
• Good customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Analytical, systematic and structured way of working
• High analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Good communication skills
• Good presentation and moderation skills
• Good and broad technical understanding
• Very good technical expertise in the desired area of responsibility
