General description:
You are convinced that HR Analytics is more than a big hype? You have a vision on how HR Analytics can be grown to give our internal customers in HR a real insight into HR Data of client? These exciting tasks are waiting for you.
- Support the overall HR digitization campaign of client at all levels, especially in the areas of Analytics and Reporting
- Intelligent integration of innovations in the HR business architecture in coordination with the relevant stakeholders
- Technology consulting of the HR departments for the design and optimization of HR Services and Data.
- Professional guidance of expert teams from development, web design and implementation partners
- Design new solution (standard and non-standard) to fulfill customer requirements.
- Execute testing and analyzes to identify flaws of the configuration.
- Create migration concepts and plans describing all necessary steps to deliver successful migration of new solution.
- Execute and support migrations/implementation of designed solution to deliver new functionality to the customer.
- Test, validate and document new releases in order to identify flaws and provide migration plan from old to new version of the release
Accountabilities
- Analyze delivered documentation in order to identify actual state of the infrastructure
- Design new solution (standard and non-standard) to fulfill customer requirements
- Create documentation to define necessary HW and its physical installation
- Create network plan which describe physical and logical connection of the IT infrastructure
- Create test-cases for new solution to enable quality testing of this solution
- Execute testing and analyzes to identify flaws of the configuration
- Create migration concepts and plans describing all necessary steps to deliver successful migration of new solution
- Test, validate and document new releases in order to identify flaws and provide migration plan from old to new version of the release
- Investigate the root cause of complex incidents and then initiate actions to improve or correct the situation
- Provide technical consultation in order to support creation or extension of customer solution
- Execute and support migrations/implementation of designed solution to deliver new functionality to the customer
Requirements:
Education
- Completed studies in a technical / scientific area
- Analytic capabilities that is necessary to convince stakeholders – either senior managers for decision or simply employees that have to work with our solutions
- Understanding stakeholder management at the VP and SVP level and have corresponding professional communication and presentation experience also in the international environment
- Expert knowledge and experience with ICT environment verified by professional level certification exams preferably from multiple vendors
- Pursuing expert level of certification
- Complex knowledge about escalation processes and organization units responsible for it.
- Complex knowledge about whole organizational structure, practical use of tools, KPI’s and connection with QM.
- Complex ITIL knowledge corresponding to ITIL certification (at least one of SS, SD, ST, SO, CSI)
- Complex analyst knowledge of whole network environment, multiplatform knowledge.
- Basic knowledge about Project management.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation for complex networks.
- Good network design skills.
Experience
- 5 years of experience within the field
- Good experience with HR Analytics and Reporting implementations and know best in class market products, like SAP BI, Cloud Analytics, Lumira, HR forecast, etc.
Languages
- English: mandatory CEF level C1
- German: advantage
