General description:

• Cross Application – application management for all SAP ERP Modules
• The processing of incoming customer messages (Incidents/Request for change) as part of application management
• Maintenance of Functional Mailboxes
• Execution of small orders (volume 2h – 30 PT) after prior conception, effort
  estimation and consultation with team member
• User & Access maintenance
• Execution of transports
• Monitoring of Interfaces
• Job Management
• Application monitoring (for example: dumps, application log, job log and others)
• Implementation of development and customizing needs in the SAP environment
• Master Data Maintenance

Requirements:

Technical skills:

• Communication skills
• SAP User is advantage
• IT experience is advantage
• Application monitoring is advanage

Personal skills:

• Ability to work with people from various backgrounds/cultures coupled with strong customer and partner interface.
• Must be able to work as a team player
• Must be able to work independently and can manage own workload as well as tasks of project team

Language skills:

• German language B2 or higher
