Job Description

About the Role

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to deliver a seamless recruitment experience while contributing to the company’s overall talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce demands.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with the company’s broader talent management goals.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.

 Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
  • Fluency in English.
