General description

  • Activities:
    – The ITSM Process Manager assumes responsibility in the area of ITIL core processes. He works independently, technically and conceptually.
    – Active participation in internal ITSM projects and in customer projects.
    – Advising customers on the specification of solutions and the development of technical specifications.
    – Ensuring compliance with the processes based on contractual agreements
    – Advice and assistance with the implementation in ServiceNow
    – Definition and fulfillment of quality requirements in projects
    – Control and optimization of processes

    Skills:
    – Master’s or diploma degree with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills
    – At least five years of professional experience, of which at least three years in the IT operating environment
    – Good knowledge and experience in process management techniques
    – Servicenow knowledge
    – Good customer-oriented thinking and acting
    – Professional, trustworthy and empathetic demeanor
    – High analytical and conceptual thinking skills
    – High flexibility, resilience and willingness to perform
    – Good communication skills
    – Specific process understanding
    – Good and broad technical understanding
    – sense of responsibility
    – Knowledge of service management tools
    – Economic thinking and acting
    – Safe handling of the MS Office product range
    – High cooperation, team and conflict skills
    – ITIL Foundation certification
    – Very good knowledge of German and English
