Job Description

Purpose 

Governance of the Quality management  on corporate level of DTAG. Proposes, manages and designs relevant process and quality improvements, implements policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals DTAG wide. Implements Quality management system according to valid standards (covering Umbrella certification –  ISO 9001, 20 000, 27001 and 22301) and in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity and to ensure. Controls quality management and process optimization programs within DTAG. Takes a lead and stear quality improvement programs, provides quality consultancy in strategic Quality initiatives. Based on deep quality checks and audits (analyzis and evaluation) of customer’s account identifies deviations and ensures proper measures/actions are implemented. Provides mentoring, coaching and  consultancy on a global DTAG level.

Key accountabilities 

  • Planning and execution of audits at national and international customers, remotely and at the customer’s site
  • Full processing of all audit activities based on TISAX audit catalog (VDA ISA)
  • Conducting audits in line with quality and budget requirements
  • Preparation of audit plans and reports in English language (also in german if possible)

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or diploma with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills
  • At least two years of professional experience in audit projects preferable
  • At least one audit-specific certification (e.g. ISO 27001 lead auditor, CISA)
  • Knowledge of information security and common security technologies, procedures and standards is desirable
  • Distinct customer orientation as well as convincing and engaging appearance, very good presentation techniques and moderation skills also on management levels
  • Strong ability to present complex issues in writing
  • Very high cooperation, teamwork and conflict management skills
  • High resilience and mobility/readiness to travel
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • German would be advantage.

Certification

  • At least one audit-specific certification (e.g. ISO 27001 lead auditor, CISA)
