About the role:

You will be a member of global Technology & Innovation (T&I) team holding the responsibility for Process and Product development and Project management located at Convatec Michalovce operations.

Your key duties and responsibilities as a Senior Engineer – Research and Development:

• Design and development of new processes, systems and process components including prototypes
• Design and development of new products
• Continuous Improvement of New Product / Processes, systems and process components
• Continuous improvement of processes conducted in T&I
• Creates, reviews and approves T&I documents related to design control
• Cross functional communication and cooperation on local and global level

• Experience within product / process development
• Experience within regulatory demands, e.g. automotive, medical devices – advantage
• Team leading experience

Education / Qualifications:

• University, technical degree – preferred
• Project Management – advantage
• MS office
• SolidWorks / AutoCAD or another 3D CAD software – advantage
• Communicative level of English language
